You will need ~ 1 tub of elmlea double (well it tastes the same & saves on calories, just look at the rest of the ingredients!) ~ sprinkles ~ chocolate bars of your choice (I used double deckers ~ Husband's birthday ~ Husband's choc choice!) once melted & cooled a little, pour some of the goo onto the bottom choc sponge layer ~ add next choc sponge layer & pour more over the top ~ at this stage the goo is really runny so will spill over the edge & onto the plate (at this point leave the remaining goo overnight) ~ next morning your goo will be thicker ~ chop up your choc bars into chunks & mix into the goo ~ dollop the mixture on top of the cake & pour sprinkles on top!
